How to Use

• Apply liquid eyeshadow to the eyelid with the applicator and blend gel formula using your fingertips or a flat eyeshadow brush.
• Wear alone or layer with eyeshadow to amplify your eye look.

Pro Tip: This eyeshadow can be used as an eyeliner. Use the e.l.f. Precision Eyeliner Brush and apply starting at the center of the lash line and extending outward. Repeat from the inner corner of the eye to connect to the centerline.
